A Penny! Is a Loot Card in The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls.
When played, it grants a penny.

In most cases, you'll want to avoid playing this card, as you will almost always have a better loot card to play.
- The Smelter synergizes well with this card, as you can discard and gain 3 cents instead of the usual 1 for playing it.
- Any sort of deck manipulation like Cain's Sleight of Hand can be used to put this and/or other bad loot cards on top for other players to pick up. You can also put them closer to the bottom in order to avoid picking them up.
